Our three (+) programs...the perfect foundation.

Toddler Programs

Weekly classes for parents and toddlers offer a unique opportunity for parent and child to share the school experience. Children benefit greatly in the transition to preschool when parent and child share this beginning. Feelings of separation while still present at entrance to preschool are eased by a sense of mom/dad having been a part of the school experience during the important toddler stage. Details.

The goal of early childhood education is to ensure that children acquire the foundation of healthy development and learning necessary to achieve their full potential. Our curriculum is designed to foster achievement of long range goals in all domains – cognitive, social, emotional, and physical – and addresses the development and learning of the whole child. Primary School

Our primary “early elementary” school spans the ages of 5 to 8 years. Some children have already been through our pre-school, others can join us at 5 or later, transferring from a variety of environments. In the primary school the children are introduced to all the main subjects of the school curriculum. Details.

Enrichment and Special Classes

In addition to the three main programs described above, we offer a number of additional “enrichment” programs. There are afternoon 3-hour extensions for the Zebra, Giraffe, Young-5 and Kindergarten classes that expand the horizons of students; and there are several six-week “special” classes that each have a special focus such as Spanish or kitchen chemistry. These classes offer children the opportunity to try out AAHCDC or to extend their morning experience from noon until 1:30pm. Details.
